Glue – We used a hot glue gun and glue sticks to make our pom pom turkeys.Glue a craft stick to the back of the turkey’s feather fan to finish your turkey puppet.Glue to google eyes on top of the red pom pom. Cut out a small triangle of yellow or orange felt and glue that on top of the red wattle, to be the turkey’s beak. Cut out a small piece of red felt and glue it to the red pom pom, to be the turkey’s wattles. You want it to be a larger pom pom than the tail feather pom poms, but smaller than the brown pom pom. Glue a medium sized red pom pom on top of the brown pom pom, for the turkey’s head.We used orange and yellow like colorful tail feathers. Glue smaller pom poms along the top of the piece of brown felt. Glue the brown large pom pom to the bottom of the piece of brown felt you just cut out.We freehanded this – there is no “right” shape so don’t worry too much about that!
